Your medication dispensed by Newgrove Pharmacy will be sent to you via a trackable courier and will require a signature upon receipt. The person signing for the delivery may be asked for ID to confirm they are over 18. Once the package is signed for, our responsibility for the delivery ends. Due to the nature of the medicines dispensed, we do not offer an option to leave your package in a safe space or with a neighbour.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic if you are isolating, please inform the person delivering your package. They will sign for you with their specific Covid-19 signature and may take a photograph of the delivery being handed to you to prove receipt.

If no one is present at the delivery address provided, you will be left a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery the product will be returned to the pharmacy.

You have the right to cancel your order up to the point when your medication is dispatched – this is defined as when you receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. Please note we do not offer refunds on medicines which have been dispatched.

We are an innovative and modern pharmacy serving the whole UK from our state of the art premises. You can rely on us for all your healthcare needs and support.
