If you have written a prescription…
We can dispense it for your patient. Simply follow the steps below:
- Email or upload a copy of the prescription with the patient’s contact details – pharmacist to check stock availability.
- We will send you a declaration form to confirm consent that the prescription can be fulfilled by Newgrove Pharmacy and that the patients GP has been contacted to ensure the prescription for medical cannabis is suitable.
- SendNewgrove Pharmacy, 09-10 The Courtyard, Buntsford Drive, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, B60 3DJ in the hard copy of the prescription.
- The patient will be contacted by the pharmacist to register an account. They will then make payment and arrange their delivery of the medical cannabis.
